Ted Chang

Ted Chang has an extensive work experience spanning from 2000 to the present. Ted currently holds the position of CTO, VP & GM at Quanta Computer, a Fortune 500 company. In addition to their role at Quanta Computer, they serve as a Member of ABAC at APEC - Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation. Ted is also involved in academia, holding positions as a Visiting Professor at both National Taiwan University and National Cheng Kung University. Furthermore, they serve on various boards, including the Epoch Foundation, Quanta Culture & Education Foundation, Quanta Research Cambridge, Inc., and Digimax Inc. These roles demonstrate their expertise and leadership in the technology and education sectors.

Ted Chang obtained their Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. degrees in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, National Cheng Kung University. Ted completed their education at the university from 1984 to 1996.
