Dan Bailey

Dan Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and organizations. Dan began their career at the Naval Postgraduate School as a professional student in National Security Affairs. Dan then served as an Operations Officer at the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit SIX, where they directed the global utilization of combat-ready EOD platoons. Dan later joined the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command as an EOD/Diving Requirements Director, leading personnel in financial management and acquisition. Dan then served as the Executive Officer at the Mobile Dive and Salvage Unit TWO, where they were accountable for planning and executing salvage and deep-water diving operations. Dan also held roles as an EOD Technical Advisor/DOD Coordinator at the U.S. Department of State and as an Operations Director at the Explosive Ordnance Disposal GROUP TWO. Dan served as a Commanding Officer at the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit TWO, leading a team of Navy officers, sailors, and civilians. Prior to that, Dan was a Naval Officer at the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command. Currently, they are the Vice President of Commercial Operations at Quanta Services, Inc., overseeing infrastructure services for various industries.
