David Frank

David Frank has a strong and extensive work experience in supply chain and procurement management. David currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Supply Chain & Procurement at Quanta Services, Inc. and also as Vice President Global Supply & Procurement. Prior to this, they were the Chief Commercial Officer at Agile Sourcing Partners where they led and drove sales strategies and managed commercial partnerships. Before that, they worked as the SVP Procurement Operations & Global Business Development at WTEC Energy, where they managed procurement groups and international production operations. David also held the position of VP Operations & Supply Chain at Anixter and HD Supply, where they implemented supply chain initiatives and managed large teams. Earlier in their career, they served as VP & Chief Supply Chain/Procurement Officer at PSEG and Entergy, overseeing procurement spend and managing large teams. David also worked at Exelon in various roles, including Executive Director Strategic Supply, Materials & Corporate Services, Director of Strategic Supply, and Senior Project Manager. David Frank began their career as a Project Manager at PECO, an Exelon Company.

David Frank holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from Widener University. David also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the same field of study from Rutgers University.
