Troy Pepper is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and executive VIP services across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst and Executive VIP Support at Quanta Services, Inc. since February 2019, Troy manages the delivery of IT managed services while overseeing technical upgrades for desktop and server systems. Previously, as a Senior Desktop Support Specialist at Benchmark Electronics, Troy delivered integrated services to a diverse client base, including customers from aerospace and telecommunications. At Hess Corporation, Troy excelled in IT service delivery while facilitating communication between business and technology groups to enhance productivity. Troy holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Alvin Community College and a high school diploma from Alvin High School.
