Michael Lee is a seasoned regulatory advisor with a strong background in energy policy and law. Currently serving at Quanta Technology, LLC as a Regulatory Advisor since July 2025, Michael previously held the position of Senior Manager, Energy Policy at ComEd from January 2014 to June 2025, where responsibilities included advising on regulatory strategies and developing policies related to renewable energy and electrification technologies. In addition, Michael served as Assistant General Counsel, managing the Clean Energy Jobs Act compliance strategy, and provided legal counsel on various regulatory matters affecting Commonwealth Edison Company. Prior experience includes working as Associate Counsel for the Illinois State Senate Democratic Caucus, focusing on energy legislation. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Loyola University Chicago and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
