Currently serving as an Elearning Specialist, Head of Digital, and E-learning Developer at Quanta Training since July 2021, Kylie previously held the position of eLearning Specialist at RICS from September 2018 to July 2021. With a background as a Learning Designer at Housing & Care 21, Kylie's focus remained on developing engaging and customer-centric training materials. Prior roles include IT Trainer at REDTRAY, Qualified Dental Nurse and Trainee Dental Nurse at South Birmingham Dental Hospital, and Sales Assistant positions at Wyndley Garden Centre and Morrisons. Kylie's formal education includes an A-Level in Health and Social Care from Solihull Sixth Form College.
