Alen Bukashev is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Head of Data at Quantaco, where Alen develops and implements data strategies in the hospitality industry using advanced AI and machine learning technologies. Previously, Alen held various positions, including Senior Data Engineer positions focusing on advanced analytics implementations, and Senior Consultant roles at Servian, providing advisory services on data strategy and analytics. Alen's extensive background includes significant contributions to organizations like AstraZeneca and Westpac, implementing data strategies and architectures that optimize business processes. Alen holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, specializing in mathematical and information technology, as well as applied mathematics and physics.
