Sarah Ledbury possesses extensive experience in hospitality management. Currently serving as Onboarding Manager at Quantaco since January 2023 after previously holding the position of Onboarding Executive, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in staff management and human relations. Prior roles include Functions and Events Manager at W. Short Hospitality from February 2022 to January 2023, and General Manager at Calligeros Hotel Group from March 2021 to June 2022. Sarah also spent six years at Calligeros Group Pty Ltd, culminating in a four-year tenure as Duty Manager, where responsibilities included staff oversight, finance management, compliance enforcement, and customer service within a dynamic public bar in North Sydney.
