Ali Fard

Ali came to QuantalRF from EmTensor, where he served as the CTO of the company and was in charge of a new disruptive medical brain imaging device using radio frequencies. He has spent more than 12 years of his career at various startups in executive roles driving technology of RFIC products from conception to production and growing their intellectual property portfolios. He has founded three startups, with two successful exits and understands the process of transforming ideas into advanced technology aligned with business goals. In 2013, Ali was recruited by Microchip Technology to relocate to the US where he contributed as a senior RFIC engineering manager to build up the IoT team and the company’s product portfolio in WiFi and Bluetooth. He has over 15 years of total experience with a successful track-record of managing and designing RFICs and wireless systems. Ali holds a doctorate and M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from Malardalen University in Sweden.
