David Bates is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and operations. Currently serving as Vice President at Quantam Solutions since July 2018, David has been on assignment as an Executive Consultant for the State of Michigan since June 2019. Prior to this role, David held the position of Senior Management Executive at the State of Michigan from June 2015 to June 2018, overseeing a large infrastructure and operations organization with more than 400 staff and a significant budget. David began a career in project management as a Sr. Project Manager at Analysts International from September 2012 to June 2015, contributing expertise to IT projects within the DTMB - IT division.
