Rachel Scholtz

Rachel Scholtz is an experienced professional in client services and sales management, currently serving as the Director of Client Services at Quantanite since November 2020. In this role, Rachel is responsible for project managing the transitions function of new partnerships, ensuring compliance with Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, and growth projections, while overseeing implementation aspects such as compliance, training, and quality assurance. Prior to this, Rachel held leadership positions at Amazing Vouchers as Call Center Sales Manager, managing sales team operations, and at Mango5 Call Center as Junior Operations Manager, focusing on maximizing sales performance across various departments. Rachel's career began as a Sales Consultant and Sales Agent, with foundational experience in cold calling and sales. Rachel holds a PRINCE2 Foundation certification in Project Management from the University of Westminster and is pursuing further education in team supervision.
