Ashwin Kumar

Ashwin Kumar started their work experience as a Research Assistant at Brakes India Limited in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Intern at Warrantify Oy. Ashwin then joined FlexAlgo System in 2013 as an Associate Software Developer, where they developed and implemented solutions for integrating software products and supported them at client sites. In 2016, they interned as a Quantitative Analyst at Quantbot Technologies LP, and in 2017, they became a Quantitative Research Analyst at the same company.

Ashwin Kumar completed their Master's degree in Financial Engineering and Quantitative Finance at UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, between 2009 and 2013. Ashwin also completed their high school education at D.A.V Sr. Sec. School, Chennai, from 2007 to 2009, majoring in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Ashwin obtained certification in Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) from Bloomberg Institute in March 2016.
