Benjamin Cilia

Benjamin Cilia has extensive work experience in the field of data management. Benjamin started their career in 1999 as a Market Data Delivery Manager at ITG Software Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for data coverage, quality, and delivery to all company departments. Benjamin was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer and transferred from Los Angeles to the head office in New York.

In 2005, Benjamin joined Merrill Lynch as a Vice President and worked in this role until 2009.

Since 2009, Benjamin has been with Quantbot Technologies LP. Benjamin initially served as the Global Head of Data and was later promoted to the position of Chief Data Officer, starting in June 2023. Benjamin currently holds this position, with no specified end date.

Benjamin Cilia attended the University of Toronto from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics.
