Michael Lisak

Mr. Lisak is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Quantbot Technologies, LP. Before co-founding Quantbot, he was a member of Merrill Lynch's statistical arbitrage (QSA) and automated market making (AMM) groups responsible for electronic market making and high frequency trading technology. Before Merrill, Michael was a member of Morgan Stanley's Equity Trading lab (ETL) specializing in algorithmic trading and electronic market making. ETL provided cutting edge cash equities market making and algorithmic trading solutions to Morgan Stanley’s trading desks globally. Prior to ETL, Michael was executive director in Morgan Stanley’s equity technology division. Michael holds a BS in Computer Science.
