Andrea Wheeler

Andrea Wheeler is a seasoned professional in privacy operations, compliance management, and intellectual property law, currently serving as the Sr. Privacy Operations/Compliance Manager at Quantcast since February 2019. With expertise in European GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, and various regional privacy laws, Andrea provides strategic guidance on privacy, data protection, and AI policy compliance. Previous roles include Privacy Specialist and Intellectual Property Manager, where responsibilities encompassed patent prosecution and managing an extensive patent portfolio. Additionally, Andrea contributes to academia as an instructor in Intellectual Property Law at West Valley College. Prior professional experiences span multiple companies, including NAGRA as a Patent Portfolio Manager and Cypress Semiconductor Corporation as a Patent Agent, complemented by a foundational background at Intel Corporation and others.
