Gustavo Avilés

Gustavo Avilés is a Senior Software Engineer UX at QuantConnect since November 2012. Gustavo led various efforts to improve the company's user experience and services, including refactoring code, implementing cache systems, and migrating to a bare server infrastructure. Gustavo also built queue-based microservices and a Learning Center for QC API and financial modeling. Prior to QuantConnect, Gustavo worked as a Designer and Web Programmer at hi partners and Sendra Propiedades. Gustavo holds a degree in Ingeniero Civil Industrial and Lisenciado en Ciencias de la Ingeniería, Mención Industrial from Universidad de Chile.
