Ellen Kelley

Ellen K. Kelley currently serves as the Chair of The Board of Directors for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Boston Chapter since July 2022, and as Director of Contracts at Quantech Services, Inc. since January 2021. Ellen has held various leadership roles within NCMA, including Vice Chairman and President of the Boston Chapter from July 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Compliance Manager at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Manager of STS Contracts at Raytheon. Ellen's career also encompasses positions at Metcalf & Eddy/AECOM, GRADIENT CORPORATION, Charles River Associates, and Pike Creek Computer Company, along with an internship at the Supreme Court of the U.S. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Contracts and Procurement from Western New England University.
