Jim M. is the Founder, President, and CEO of Quantech Services Inc., a professional consulting company that provides technical and acquisition support services to the Department of Defense and other governmental agencies. Since 1999, Jim has led the company’s growth from a two-person startup to a mid-sized firm with offices in seven locations and employees across 14 states. Additionally, Jim is the CEO of intlx Solutions, a subsidiary of Quantech, where they leverage over 30 years of experience in program, financial, and cost management to lead in technology consulting. Jim holds an MBA from Western New England University and a BS in Finance and Economics from Northeastern University.
