Jerome Bouton

Jerome Bouton currently serves as Chef de projet at Quantel laser by LUMIBIRD since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jerome held multiple positions at SOCOTEC MONITORING, including Ingénieur principal, Ingénieur d'études Senior, and Ingénieur d’études Instrumentation Optoélectronique from November 2018 to January 2023, focusing on technical expertise and Optical Fiber Sensing for energy infrastructure integrity. Jerome's earlier experience includes an internship at Thales where a project involved creating an optical cavity alignment bench for crystalline mirror characterization, and a research internship at Laboratoire Kastler Brossel, which involved simulating nuclear magnetic resonance experiments. Jerome completed a Master 2 in laser and optics engineering and holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Sorbonne Université.
