Prior to this role, Karthik held the position of CEO at eCentric Solutions from December 2010 to June 2020, managing system integration and staffing services. Karthik's extensive experience includes serving as Head of Accounts, MIS & Strategic Planning at NSL Textiles Limited, Chief Financial Officer at Maini Precision Products, and Chief Manager - Corporate Strategy & Projects at Arvind Limited. Karthik began a career in auditing as a Chartered Accountant at A F Ferguson & Co. and holds a CA degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, complemented by a B.Com in Finance & Accounts from Augurchand Manmul Jain College.
