Siddharth Nema

Siddharth Nema has worked for five different companies since 2012. Siddharth began their career as a Student Assistant in the ME Machine Shop at the Dept. of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at The Ohio State University, where they worked until 2014. Siddharth then moved on to become a Facilities Engineer at The Ohio State University's Facilities Operations and Development, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Independent Consultant. In 2018, they became a Program Leader at Kaivalya Education Foundation's Strategic Initiatives Group. Most recently, they have been a Manager for Strategy & Operations at Quantela Inc. since 2021.

Siddharth Nema began their educational journey in 2009, when they attended Manipal Academy of Higher Education to study Mechanical Engineering. Siddharth then transferred to The Ohio State University in 2011, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2013. In 2020, they enrolled in the Indian School of Business to pursue an MBA in Strategy and Information Technology Management, which they are currently completing. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Unlocked in July 2020 and Digital Transformation from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in May 2020.
