Tony Dailey

Senior Director – Digital Initiatives at Quantela

Tony Dailey has over 15 years of experience in the digital advertising industry. Tony began their career in 2004 as Vice President Local Sales Manager at Clear Channel Outdoor, where they managed a staff of 18 local sales people producing $30M in revenue. Tony then moved to Vice President Multicultural Sales and Marketing in the same company, where they compiled effective new research and collateral materials for 500+ division sales executives and generated $1MM in new business revenue.

In 2007, Dailey joined Clear Channel Communications Inc. as Vice President Chicago Transit, where they managed a staff of 18 local sales people and 100 out of market sellers in $8MM digital and print advertising space in Chicago Metra train stations. Tony then moved to Titan Worldwide as Senior National Account Executive in 2011.

Dailey then joined Titan 360 (now Intersection) as Chicago Sales Manager, where they managed 10 local sales persons in Titan's largest revenue producing market. Tony was responsible for attaining net revenue budget, hiring, training and overall staff functioning.

In 2014, Dailey joined rVue as Director of Sales, where they managed platform sales for this managed services product, interfacing with large client and major agency contacts. Tony then moved to Terraboost Media as Vice President Local Sales Manager, where they sold wellness advertising opportunities in diverse high-traffic consumer locations.

In 2017, Dailey joined Clear Channel Airports as Business Operations Manager. In 2019, they returned to Clear Channel Outdoor as Chicago Sales Manager, where they managed Chicago transit operation consisting of 5,000+ advertising displays on the Metra Rail system.

In 2021, Dailey joined Quantela Inc. as Senior Director – Digital Initiatives, where they connected city and advertising supported infrastructure over a common network, data layer and stack. Tony also joined National Retail Solutions (NRS Plus) as Senior Director Sales and Strategy, where they provided Digital Out of Home advertising sales in national independent retailers.

Tony Dailey has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and they graduated from St Ignatius College Prep. Tony also holds several certifications, including an Integrated Marketing Communications Certificate from DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business (obtained in May 2021), Digital Marketing Fundamentals and Practical Internet Marketing from DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business (both obtained in February 2021), a Digital Marketing Certification from Google (obtained in December 2020), a Digital Signage Sales Professional Training from Brawn Consulting (obtained in October 2020), and Clear Channel University from Leadership For Managers (obtained in April 2007).
