Lana Eley

Lana Eley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, project management, and account support. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Quantem Aviation Services since June 2022, Lana manages the complete recruiting process and oversees new hire orientations for a substantial number of employees each week. Previously, Lana worked as a Project Manager for Above It All Inc., where program services for the mental health of minors were managed. Earlier roles include National Account Support Analyst and Global Communications Manager at Tessco Technologies and Verizon Wireless, respectively, where account evaluations and support for corporate customers were key responsibilities. Lana began a career in human resources as a Human Resource Associate/Recruiter at ALIGN Staffing Solutions, focusing on talent acquisition. Lana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Norfolk State University.
