Caroline Ward

Caroline Ward is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Group Head of Financial Reporting at Quantexa since December 2022. Caroline has held progressive roles in financial management, including Financial Controller positions at ComplyAdvantage from November 2018 to December 2022, Device Authority from April 2016 to October 2018, and SIPcom from October 2014 to March 2016. Additionally, Caroline worked as a Finance Analyst and later as Finance Manager at AppSense from February 2007 to September 2014. Caroline's academic background includes a CIMA qualification in Accounting and Finance from BPP University and an AAT degree from Warrington Business School.
