Joanne Keilt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and community programs. Currently serving as Head of Community Programs at Quantexa since June 2024, Joanne previously held significant roles at My1Login, including Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager from January 2021 to June 2024. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Customer Success Manager at Mimecast, Senior Activation & Engagement Manager, and Activation & Engagement Manager at Kantar Consulting, and Project Manager at Futureboard Consulting, where focus was on helping individuals and businesses grow. Joanne began their career as a General Assistant at Levy & McRae, contributing to legal research and personal injury claim calculations.
