Paul Aylieff

Paul heads Quantexa’s finance function, following roles as CFO/COO at three leading European FinTech businesses. Paul has a 25-year banking career, specialising in M&A and Corporate Finance, including Head of EMEA Corporate Banking for Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. He has led a wide range of M&A, IPO, debt and equity funding transactions for UK, European and US corporates.
