Peyman Mestchian

Peyman Mestchian is an accomplished professional in the fields of finance, technology, and risk management, currently serving as the Director of Research and Industrial Professor at UCL Institute of Finance & Technology. Since July 2018, Peyman has held the position of Head of Corporate Development - Strategy and M&A at Quantexa, along with responsibilities as Chairman of the Advisory Board and Non-Executive Director. Peyman is also the founder and former Chairman of the Advisory Board for AI Forum and has extensive experience from previous roles including Founder and Managing Partner at Chartis Research and Global Head of Risk Management Practice at SAS Institute. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the London Business School, an MSc in Human Computer Interaction from UCL, and a BEng in Computer Engineering from Queen Mary University of London, complemented by ongoing affiliations with The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and the Institute of Risk Management as a Fellow.
