With over 25 years of experience in consulting and banking environments, they have developed strong analytical and stakeholder management skills while effectively bridging gaps between people, processes, and technology. Steve has held several prominent roles, including Head of System Delivery & Integration Practice at Detica and Managing Director at Fresco Consulting, and has extensive experience in leading complex technology change programs. They possess a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Birmingham, where they graduated with first-class honors.
