D'Marie Bartolf's work experience includes various roles at different companies. D'Marie began their career in 2004 as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy, where they gained experience in carrier-based combat deployments and administrative duties. In 2010, they joined the California State University Maritime Academy as a Department Chair, Officer-In-Charge, and Instructor. D'Marie'sresponsibilities included program evaluation, enrollment verification, and management and performance evaluation.

In 2017, D'Marie joined the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society as a Communications Lead, Facilitator, and Case Worker. D'Marie then transitioned to the Naval Postgraduate School, where they held multiple roles, including Executive Assistant, Coordinator of Education Innovation, Head of Strategy and Partnerships, and Faculty Associate for Education. Currently, they work at QuantHub as the Vice President of Curriculum.

Throughout their career, D'Marie has demonstrated their expertise in education, strategy, curriculum development, and communication.

D'Marie Bartolf pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. Following that, from 2013 to 2015, D'Marie Bartolf attended the University of Scranton and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Currently, D'Marie Bartolf is attending Vanderbilt Peabody College from 2021 to 2023, where they are working towards obtaining a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree with a specialization in Leadership and Learning in Organizations.
