Jennifer Riggs, MS, BSN, BA, RN, is a passionate HR leader with extensive experience in driving organizational success through talent management and employee engagement. They served as Human Resources Manager at PANalytical, Inc. and held various senior HR roles at VNA Care and Marathon Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. Jennifer's nursing background includes experience as a Registered Nurse at Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. and Massachusetts Eye and Ear, Longwood. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources Talent & Culture at Quantic Electronics while continuing their education at the University of Rhode Island, Anna Maria College, and Suffolk University.
