Michael McDonald

Michael McDonald has extensive work experience as a software programmer. Michael worked at Synapse Media NZ from 2007 to 2012, developing websites and ensuring the smooth operation of a dedicated web server. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Tait Communications, where they developed software to manage updates for handheld radios and set and achieved career goals. At Crossroads Foundation from 2014 to 2015, they worked on the development of a mobile app and provided tech support. In 2015, they briefly worked at IndulgeMe Ltd, developing an online marketplace website and assisting with business setup. Since 2016, Michael has been working at Quantifeed as a senior web engineer and team lead, responsible for developing an investment banking app using ASP.NET Core, Angular 7, and webpack.

From 2002 to 2006, Michael McDonald attended the University of Canterbury, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
