Steve Vaughan has worked in the technology industry since 2000. In 2002, they began working as a Software Architect for Between Markets, Inc., where they built and patented J2EE-based applications for business intelligence, business process execution/validation, and data quality/validation. In 2005, they joined Pitney Bowes / Group 1 as a member of the Distributed Computing Group, where they provided technical leadership, design, and implementation for a central platform. In 2006, they became the Architect and Chief Developer for IBM Rational BuildForge, leading an effort to reinvent and reforge their core technology as a scalable and high-performance product. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Software Architect for Dachis Group, leading and designing teams, products, and architectures to invent and extend critical strategic offerings. In 2014, they were the Director of Data Management for Alcatel-Lucent Motive and Senior Software Architect for Sprinklr. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Director of Development and Senior Architect for TrendKite, where they both directly built and led the technology and group to dozens of millions in annual revenue and a sale price of just over 225MM$. Since 2018, they have been the Chief Architect for Cision and, more recently, Quantified.
Steve Vaughan received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St.Edward's University between 1998 and 2001.
