Key accomplishments include successful capital raises and facilitating complex legal matters for numerous organizations. Rizvan also has a solid foundation in corporate law from positions at Provide Commerce, NuVasive, Latham & Watkins, and a judicial clerkship with the U.S. District Court, complemented by a Juris Doctor from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
