James Motley

James Motley is an experienced technology executive currently serving as CTO at Quantilope since January 2021, where james focuses on developing next-generation solutions to enhance customer experience in the clinical and health fields. Prior to this role, James held senior engineering positions at Cigna as Senior Director of Engineering and at IOTAS, Inc. as CTO. James has also worked at Rigado LLC as Director of Application Engineering and at Rivetry as Engineering Director. With a strong background at Cigna, James served as Innovation Engineering Manager from 2011 to 2015. Earlier in their career, James was an Expert Application Engineer - UI at Nike, held roles at Hewlett-Packard as a Senior Java/Swing UI Engineer, and was a Senior Software Engineer at both Intel and Compassoft. James Motley earned a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth between 1991 and 1995.
