Marcela Rivera

Marcela Rivera is currently a senior at Baruch College, pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Communication with a minor in Law and Policy. With a strong passion for understanding consumer behavior, Marcela aims to enhance customer experiences through cultural awareness and integrity. Currently serving as Co-Chair for the Philanthropy Committee at Baruch College Women in Business, Marcela leads efforts to organize impactful philanthropic events. Previously, they have held roles as a People & Culture Intern at quantilope and as a Sales Associate at Athleta, where they focused on analyzing customer trends and providing exceptional service.
