Vanessa Kahlen is currently the Director of Customer & Topline Education at quantilope, where they empower the Customer Success team with the tools and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional customer experiences. With a strong background in customer success and enablement, Vanessa previously served in various roles at quantilope, including Senior Customer Success Enablement Manager and Research Consultant. They are also a member of the Customer Success Collective, advocating for alignment around customer success as a key growth driver. Vanessa is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Market Research and Consumer Psychology at Pforzheim University and has a keen interest in Learning Experience Design and AI. When not focusing on Enablement, they enjoy backpacking and experimenting with new recipes.
