Most firms come to us from spreadsheets, paper, or a system that has been
patched for years. Migrating that mess is the hardest part of any switch
and the part vendors quietly leave to the client. We take it on as part of
onboarding, because a half-migrated system helps nobody.

Thirty day trial, no credit card, no contract, no signature. Your data is
exportable whenever you want it, and there is an API if you need to move
it somewhere else. If the product is not working for a practice, we would
rather they told us than felt trapped.

Technology2 has supported project-driven businesses since 2004, and many
of our clients have been with us for the better part of a decade. That
only happens if the software keeps earning its place every year. We would
rather grow slowly with practices that stay than churn through firms that
leave.

Generic project tools ask fee-based practices to bend their process to fit
the software. We went the other way. Fee stages, staff rate cards, work in
progress and billable against non-billable are core concepts in Quantim,
not custom fields someone had to configure on a Friday.

Reporting is only as good as the time entry behind it. A beautiful chart
built on hours reconstructed from memory a week later is worse than no
chart, because it looks authoritative. We put as much work into making
time capture quick and accurate as we do into the 200 reports that sit on
top of it.

Support comes from our own team in Liverpool, not an outsourced desk or a
chatbot queue. When a project manager cannot close a timesheet period on a
Friday afternoon, they need someone who knows the product, not a ticket
number. It is a small thing that clients tell us matters more than any
feature comparison.
