Adam R. is a Senior Advanced Physicist at Quantinuum since November 2021, focusing on the development and construction of commercial trapped ion quantum computers. Prior to this role, Adam worked at Honeywell as an Advanced Physicist, contributing to hardware development for similar quantum technologies. Adam's academic career includes serving as a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow at JILA, where significant advancements were made in the conversion of quantum information and the invention of a novel quantum-limited amplifier. Adam has also held positions as a research assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, NIST, The Ohio State University, Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research, and Goodyear Polymer Science Center, with educational credentials including a PhD in Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in Physics from The Ohio State University.
