Brian Nelson, CSP, is an EHS leader with extensive experience in safety and operational excellence management. They held various roles at Suncor Energy from 2008 to 2014, including Manager of Process Safety & Operational Excellence and EHS Manager. Additionally, Brian served as a Safety Representative at both Phillips 66 and Chevron Phillips Chemical Company. They are currently the HSE Manager at Quantinuum, a position they began in 2024, and previously worked as a Regulatory Strategy Manager at Suncor. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University in 1999.
