Matt Andrade has extensive experience in financial leadership across multiple companies. Andrade served as Chief Financial Officer at BizProNet from January 2009 to December 2014, where the focus was on connecting businesses with qualified management consultants. Following this, Andrade was a Consulting CFO at AddVantage LLC from September 2023 to November 2024, and previously worked as Senior Manager at Burr, Pilger & Mayer LLP from August 2000 to January 2009, managing annual engagements and overseeing SEC reporting and SOX compliance audits. Andrade held various roles at ActiveVideo, including VP & Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer, contributing to the virtualization of broadcasting functions. Currently, Andrade is the Vice President of Global Finance at Quantinuum, starting in September 2024. Educational qualifications include a BS in Accounting from Santa Clara University, graduated in 2000.
