Matteo Puviani

Matteo Puviani holds a PhD in Physics and Nanosciences and has completed postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research and the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light. They have contributed to work on reinforcement learning applied to quantum computing while being part of the Munich Quantum Valley project. Currently, Matteo is a Senior Research Scientist in AI for Quantum Computing at Quantinuum. Earlier, Matteo gained teaching experience as a teaching assistant and served as a scientific manager during their doctoral studies at the Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
