Michael Spranger

Michael Spranger serves as Lead R&D Scientist and Research Software Developer for Quantum Algorithms at Quantinuum since January 2022. Previously, Michael held the position of IT Consultant at codecentric AG, specializing in software development and IT consulting, and served as Senior Developer at econet GmbH, focusing on Identity & Access Management and Data Access Governance. Michael's experience includes software engineering roles at P3 Group, where significant contributions were made in the automotive industry, Consultant at Benoist & Company in the financial sector, and research positions at the Institute for Particle Physics Phenomenology and Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Michael obtained a Dr. rer. nat. in Elementary Particle Physics from the Technical University of Munich, which has informed a strong foundation in both scientific research and software development throughout his career.
