Noah Ratcliff is an Optical Engineer at Quantinuum since May 2022, bringing expertise in optical technologies. Prior to this role, Noah served as a Graduate Research Assistant at UC Santa Barbara from October 2018 to April 2022, focusing on second-harmonic generation (SHG) and ultrafast spectroscopy in collaboration with the Quantum Foundry, culminating in a thesis on optical techniques for probing quantum materials. Earlier experience includes a position as an Undergraduate Researcher at Los Alamos National Laboratory during the summer of 2016.
