Ryan McKenney

Ryan McKenney currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at both Vanderbilt University Law School and Loyola Law School, teaching courses on the legal implications of artificial intelligence and quantum technologies. In addition, Ryan holds the position of Director of Government Relations and General Counsel of Compliance at Quantinuum. Previous experience includes work as a Cyber, Privacy, and Data Innovation Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and as a Litigation Associate at Milbank LLP. Ryan has also contributed to policy advocacy as a Policy and Research Analyst at StudentsFirst. An alumnus of Vanderbilt University Law School with a J.D., Ryan's education further includes a B.A. in Political Science and History from Vanderbilt University and ongoing studies in Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence through MIT xPRO and Wharton Online.
