With a background in business process automation and entity governance, Chanel focuses on strategic solution implementation to optimize client operations. Previously, Chanel worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Viewpoint Governance & Compliance, a Business Process Management Manager, and a Business Intelligence Developer at Seabury Group. Chanel holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Corporate Governance at Putra Business School.
