Paul Deffains

Paul Deffains is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and HR systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant at Quantios since June 2020, Paul previously held the role of Business Consultant at Touchstone (C.I.) Limited from September 2017 to June 2020. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the Government of Jersey from February 2005 to September 2017, where responsibilities encompassed the administration of the online recruitment system and corporate learning support. Paul's career began at Hill Samuel, and educational foundations were laid at De La Salle College in Jersey.
