Stéphanie Clément is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in global program management and transformational change. Currently serving as a Global Learning & Development Senior Manager at Quantis and a Change Management & Competency Development Consultant, Stéphanie has successfully led significant change management initiatives across various industries. Previous roles include Senior Change Management Consultant at Capgemini, where Stéphanie conducted customer transformations and developed global learning programs, as well as Program Lead at PTC, managing the Authorized Training Partners Program. Stéphanie holds a Master’s degree in Project Management & Information Systems from IAE Nantes and a Certification in Responsible Management from Rennes School of Business.
