Katja Belova

Katja Belova is a technology executive with extensive experience in data engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Quantistry since June 2024 and previously holding the same title at UltiHash from December 2023 to April 2024, Katja has a strong background in managing technical teams and developing data platforms. At ResearchGate from November 2021 to November 2023, Katja worked as Engineering Manager and Technical Product Manager, overseeing a team of data engineers, establishing processes, and defining product roadmaps. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Data Engineer at both SumUp and ResearchGate, where Katja designed data platform architecture and developed engineering talent. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Mathematical Modeling from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI and a specialist degree in Applied Informatics in Economics from Ural State University of Railway Transport.
