Eddie Pompa

Eddie Pompa is a highly experienced Quality Assurance Specialist Engineer IV at Axient, serving as an NDE Subject Matter Expert for JSC Safety & Mission Assurance since August 2021. In addition to this role, Eddie has been a Professor at Lone Star College since August 2018, teaching Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and related subjects. Eddie also advocates for the NDT profession through creative initiatives as a Non Destructive Testing Advocate with 4 Point Services. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Baker Hughes, where Eddie led various NDT and quality assurance initiatives, and as an NDT Level III/Quality Coordinator at Element Materials Technology. Eddie has also contributed to engineering and quality efforts at Jacobs Engineering, SAIC, and Washington Group International. Eddie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2004 and 2006.
