Joseph Murad

Joseph Murad is a skilled Space Systems Engineer currently employed at Sigmatech since September 2023. Previously, Joseph served as a Satellite Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where responsibilities included product development for spacecraft payloads, operational support for anomaly response, and involvement in Launch and Early On-Orbit Testing (LEOT). Joseph has a strong background in Systems Engineering and Consulting from Booz Allen Hamilton, where significant achievements included the creation of system diagrams and leading key technical exchange meetings. Prior experience as a Satellite Controller at Viasat Inc. involved monitoring satellite operations and developing tools for process analysis. Additionally, Joseph co-led a parallel development project at the Rocket Propulsion Laboratory, focusing on rocket engine design and development. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego and is pursuing a Master's degree in Space Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
